Real Colors
Real Colors® is a dynamic workshop experience using a personality type test. The goal is to provide participants with the skills to:
understand human behavior uncover motivators specific to each temperament improve communication with others.

Communicating Across Generations
The session is designed to help participants recognize the descriptors that define a generation and identify the forces that shaped their attitudes, beliefs, expectations, and worldview.

Culture and Diversity
The session involves LCO Ojibwe Seven Grandfather Teachings and the overview of Diversity Wheel.

Conflict Negotiation
Hands on Conflict management activities and discussion,
and an overview of 4 modes of Conflict Resolution will be covered in this session.
